I also live in Po Lam and my daughter is a K/1 student of p.m. class this year.  Still do not receive information from school bus company.  
Your suggestion is very attractive.

how about the arrangement of entrance or leaving the school?  some posts revealed that other bus cannot park close to the campus.

當然保母車是不被准許駛入學校。保母車會停在窩打老道正門前(其他地區的保母車都是停在這裏)，姨姨會拖著小朋友落車，小朋友就在正門圍牆的"海底畫"旁邊排好隊，然後一個跟一個排隊上課室。

for the pm KG bus

It picks up students at about 12:30 at TKO and returns home at about 4:45p.m.  It is better than the school bus service.
