Hi YW Parents,

Are there any Elite classes in Form One?  Which class?  My son is going to study Form One in YW.  Today was attainment test.  All of them had to take Chi, Eng, Maths & Putongha.

Hi Hinviv,

Thx!  Can you advise me any projects to do?  Many?  Or just a few projects?  Do the students need to study one more lanuage other than English and Putonghua?  I heard most of other schools require students study more lanuages for 3+3+4 HKDSE.  

My son is new comer and we don't know the situation here and hope you can advise me.

My son was studied at one of Primary School in Kowloon Tong.  Is there any difference from Class A & B?  Which club your son belongs to?  Tomorrow is Bridging Course first day.  I hope they will happy in the class.:)

My son said next week form 1 has maths quiz. It seems very fast to have quiz or test, isn't it? Pls confirm.

My son is S1.  Did your son join any foreign language class at school?  If yes, which one?  My son has joined German which is on every Wednesday after school.  But, my son told me he can't attend next Wednesday as they need to go to DGS to watch a Debate.  So, he has to absent from the lesson. Did your son tell you about this?  Will your son go there?

Yes, my son has selected German but it is not compulsory. They also have French, Italian, Spanish and Japanese for selection.

You have to select one music instrument to learn unless you have achieved advance level during S1. Orchestra band doesn't need piano.  By the way, my son is S1. I'm not too familiar with the school operations.  I just want to share my little experience.

me too!  I'm too confusing and he doesn't know how to study IH & IS.  he doesn't want to study as i don't want to help him.  :( :(

我囝囝亦是band隊，昨天也是到荃灣比賽，今天IS要quiz +中文默書。昨晚那麼遲才放，又沒做完功課又要quiz 默書，下星期又中文測驗，我囝囝那有咁多時間溫書，真是收埋人命，我囝囝是form one 仔，很多東西也是摸索，明日又要回校連星期六也要返埋。我應該怎樣？請各位敎下我。

我也是很擔心。囝囝每次考完也不作聲，因是第一次考試，尤其computer t&t, 他說很難，可能不合格，事前也不懂怎樣溫，其次是中史，他說亜sir冇比範圍，我說怎可能，可能是他上課不留心亜sir講了，他沒聽到，我叫他問同學仔，他又不問，又不准我打電話問其他家長，因為他怕人認為他上課不專心。真麻煩！

囝囝有參加幾種保課外活動。可能是性格問題，喜歡hea! 希望不要見紅啦！請問成績表是否每科有全級次弟？主科中英數及IH不合格是否要留班？閒科兩科不合格會否留班？囝囝今天才開始中史，他說放學後仲有時問，明天還有上午，我真的被激死！
