如題, 我知道幼稚園是學卷制的, 那麼上小學時是否要大抽奬? 小學有分津貼及私立部, 那麼私立部會否收番自己幼稚園的學生? 私立部的學費又多少呢? 中學是資助學校嗎?

我囡囡是小b, 去年聖心面試失敗了, 但丈夫很喜歡聖心,
想今年試下插班, 請問你知道有學生插班成功及申請情況嗎?
再問, 聖心私立部及公立部課程是否一樣?上中學的機會又是否一樣呢?如果幼稚園分上下部, 到申請小學時會有不同嗎?例如上午班才可報私立部, 或相反?
幼稚園的課程深不深?英文課及普通話課的安排如何?有phonics學嗎?
再麻煩大家.

Because the kindergarten is normally in 100% capacity, so 插班 will usually happens (a) around end of first month of school year or (b) end of school year.  However, don't expect there will be a lot of vacancies.  From my observation, usually around 5 or 6 a year (definitely less than 10) so competition will still be keen.  However, I believe the kindergarten will usually based on the sincerity of the parents and the child for their interest on the kindergarten and sharing some philosophy.

AM or PM section in the kindergarten are the same, no differences as just different class time.  So, no differences for treatment to primary school.

However, for certain the two primary sections are definitely different as you can just treat them as two separate schools (but sharing the same campus).  Curriculum are also different and also the progress.  Private sections will distribute application forms to kindergarten students directly while gov't aided section are applied thru the allocation system of EDB.

I believe the curriculum in kindergarten is not difficult, with moderate level of English (with Phonics) and just some PTH to supplement.
