I believe (儍仔) was only trying to release all his grievances about his own boss (太刻薄老細) and unfair/illegal things in Hong Kong (賣假藥的Saleman, 偷阿媽錢去賭). There is no relationship between his comments with his topic  丘校長的行為.

I believe each Principal has enough professional knowledge to judge when and the best way to handle the AD's issues related to their schools.

We should not judge to early!

很多點名直資學校都作出回應，為何丘校長仍不向公眾交代，只向家長解釋？就算校董們不在香港，仍未開校董會，也可如實作個簡單聲明。

難道他認為這是"局內"的事，不須向"局外人"解釋？甚於這論點，他也不須向"局外"的審計署或立法會 ...
