I don't agree. I have two friends' daughters who were accepted by SPCC this year. They have no cert nor join any public competition.
But they are smart, mature and talkative.
After all the P1 interviews, I found that the presentation skill is very important. It's better to train up children's how to present their idea, being polite and read books.
