聖心小學未來發展一問?

Sorry for the late reply as I had a very busy weekend.

Concerning 2012小學會行全日制既新聞, this is a rather "old" news and currently there are still over 20 gov't aided primary schools still operate in half day mode.

The private section (SHCSPS) will not be the one moving since it is a private school so it is not affected.  If need to move, then it must be SHCS (pm).  In fact there have been many discussions on target area to move but just cannot come to an concensus only.

For P4 to P5/6, all will be promoted except those need to repeat.  The pm section simply occupy more classrooms (total 30), so they can accomodate 5 classes per year, no differences either pm or full day.  For private section, they only use the 20 remaining classrooms share with P1 to P4 of pm section.

Answer to your questions:

(1) I believe it is an absolute NO for changing to DSS and no chances to change to one-dragon unless they finally decided to cut down on number of classes in primary sections.  Of course, your later question will depends on the coming discussions with EDB concerning these feeder primary schools.

(2) I don't find am section can become full day until pm section has re-located.  They share the same classrooms.
