有D奇怪？今日收到教育處的信要我確認參加大抽獎

倒不如, 政府早 D 比人抽, 另 D 直資私校遲 D 先interview 收人, 等我地唔洗周圍撲好過啦! ...

I've called HKTL and KlnTL, both schools replied me that I can still join the Lucky Draw, in June 2011, both schools will send me the registration confirmation letter.  After Lucky Draw, I can decide which schools I can confirm to register it.  Both HKTL and KlnTL are very considerate !

很替你高興呢, 知唔知去年有朋友手上的私校有上報教育處，而大抽獎又抽到第一志願, 可以分享一下？

Another example of incompetence of the EDB...how can they miss this point?  They have every right to make it mandatory to reply, with specific consequences if not complied with.  The system is largely in their control but they fail to exercise control over it.  Sigh!

我地膽小的政府唔會因為你有私校在手, 而唔比你抽中第一志願.  一定比人告c.  宗旨係唔做唔錯, 唔會多手既.  另外, 政府眼中唔可以有名校唔名校, 要係人人(校校)平等唔揹鍋!!!!

望就咁望啦, 只怕政府好做唔做！

其實心中明白到而家呢個地步, 都唔會怕個NO. 排得後而放棄手上的私校再去大抽獎啦, 只不過係呢個咁緊張同敏感既階段, 又收一封好似唔一定要回覆既信, 心情上真係好怪姐。

Do you know when the said registration confirmation letters will be sent to you?

Both HK & KLN TL said that confirmation letter will be sent to you in Jun 2011.  You can choose lucky draw successful one or TL to register.

You may call them tomorrow, the staffs (both HK & Kln TL) are very polite to answer you the questions.  It's no need to mention your kid's name or registration no. during the enquiries.
