As far as I know, there is a similar forum or FB group created by a parent-coordinator for last year's P1 parents.  I am just following suit and doing much less. :)

There are some more useful features added to the spreadsheet.  Now we can "filter" children of the same class by a simple click.

I have created an event on Facebook and you just need to respond there; once you fill in the details in the spreadsheet, we can communicate by mobile phone on that day.

Your son is no longer alone - have a look at the spreadsheet and even from there alone, your son has 5 known classmates. :)

Yes, you are most welcomed to join.

I suggest that:

1. You fill in some personal info in our contact list of P1 parents in the form of an online spreadsheet (to be sent to you by PM)

2. You request to be added to the FB group (info already stated in the spreadsheet) and you may add me to your FB friends list as well.

I have also created a post there for the breakfast gathering on 25/8 and the FB group members who are interested to join can leave a comment there.  (It will be easier to contact via mobile phone when we are in the school, so leaving a mobile phone number in the spreadsheet would be quite useful).
