I believe for many KG, Misc fees are not refundable. Some also state this clearly when asking for the fee registration. They consider this as a commitment from the parent. If everything can be refunded, then the parents has a high tendency to change schools anytime if they got other offers. Then this will create a lot of trouble for the KG administration.

I think we just have to live with it.

And that's why so many people sell the school uniforms and school bags in BK.

The one I registered cannot return any of the fee paid. But even books they don't give it back to me!?
However they said maybe will call me to pick up the school uniform later.

The lession to me is: just pay the minimum charge on the registration date, if possible. E.g. books, school uniform, etc, wait until a later time.
