Privacy Issue

My friend told me that she could find all  the  primary school allocation results on the school web-site of Kowloon xxxx Primary School. Was it possible?  If that was true, was it against the privacy of all candidates? However, when I clicked into the relevant web-site, it didn't show the list of successful candidates, as she said, anymore. In fact, my unlucky girl was unsucessful  in the "Lucky Draw" . Can anyone respond to my question?
