Heep Yunn would become a DSS soon. I would predict they would give higher priority in HY Primary school than outsiders.

KTS, you need to play another "round" again in 6 years no matter if you have a younger brother. So, if I can avoid playing that game, I would avoid.

Personally, I think if you can afford DSS in the future, choose HY.

Sorry, to clarify, I mean HYS will become a DSS in secondary school, not primary school. Sorry.
