介紹大家一個唔新但有啲冷門的運動,攀石,小朋友五歲以上可以開始試玩,並定期練習,希望可以有更加小朋友參加,可以訓練小朋友獨立同判斷力,當然亦係一樣好好的全身運動,其實越來越多學校在推廣,亦有自己的石場

yes. But they climbing something low without route (bouldering), with mats on the floor. :) better start with rope first so the kids feels satisfaction.

My son climbs better now and he looks confident. But not really eager. Last time more eager when he climbs with his classmates.

They also provides certificate after the training course.
