Non-Jupas application
| My son is studying IBDP F.6. As far as I know, if he wants to apply universities in HK, he has to apply via non-jupas. However, I don't really understand the game. For non-jupas application, does he require to submit the applications to each individual university directly? Should he apply before the public exam or after? |
