唔知你講邊間學校,不過見到呢句...

其實有無諗過,如果個個家長都要求幫佢地間幼稚園安排參觀學校活動,呢間小學既老師咪唔駛休息??
一陣校長答應A家長,B家長同C家長又投訴大細超,間間幼稚園都要搞一次,有無諗過幼稚園家長學生參觀會由邊個接待?係學校既老師工友書記,日常學校事務已經夠佢地忙,仲要搞埋呢D真係幾唔人道.
講真,d開放日呀,參觀咪又係做場show比你地d家長睇,真係用短短2-3個鐘可以了解到成間學校運作?真係想了解間小學,不如早上集會,放學時間去問下就讀緊既家長學生,消息一定會比聽人講同睇學校曬冷show更準.

可能講得激動左.屋企有人教緊間校長愛做show既小學,成日都要用佢地既休息私人時間去準備呢d活動.希望各家長可以體諒老師多d啦,佢地自己既小朋友好多時既family day都無左

It's typical one sided story, we don't know the attitude of those parents when asked questions...

I attended similar seminars before, parents repeated the questions that were well covered in the presentation (Becasue she was late); the answers in the presentation not their cup of tea and chased the principal......

If parents' attitude are fine, questions are sensible, then the principal's attitude is unacceptable...... More than one factor...

就算唔可以安排, 都唔駛吋架WOR, 校長可以好FACTUAL咁講句"我地人手有限, 處理唔到太多參觀活動"就已經答到問題啦, 呢個係基本態度問題

I think I kno which school is that.  Is she the new principal of the school?  I have heard the principal changed this year, is that right?  

I only attended the very last bit of the seminar, however, the impression was not too good.  There was one question about how much miscellaneous charge per school year.  She kept saying she didn't remember and turn around to ask someone who knew the answer behind the curtain.  I am not saying the principal should have all the answers for all questions. However, this is some kinds of basis information which alot of parents might ask you, why can't you just prepare better in advance.

其實我地大家都唔在場,好難介定校長答得吋定唔吋.好多時每件事都係有唔同既觀點同立場.
我既回覆絕對唔係話偏幫校長或間小學,因為我都唔知樓主講緊邊間.只係想順便呻一呻見到屋企人星期一至六都咁忙.希望唔好引起大家既誤會.

我都好明白做老師既辛苦, 我仔係返全日制NURSERY, D老師好似唔駛放工咁既.......
不過如果校長既語言令家長覺得被冒犯, 咁家長真係要認真唸唸係咪報讀喇, 都係果句, 睇家長著重D咩啦

要講就講清楚邊間. 樓主講D唔講D, 對所有學校都唔公平.

Principal is some PR of the school and she should play an important role in the school.  She should keep a good speech manner, especially to the parent.  Because they are the direct user.
