Yes, the briefing session also said that the second in is from 15-30 Nov.  唔駛甘早自己嚇自己, 輕鬆下先啦!

I think the principal said it is from Nov 15-30 means within that period from mid of Nov to end of Nov.  Anyway, I dropped the notes heard from the briefing is Nov 15-30.

Thanks god! I got the 2nd interview letter today after 4pm today. (I checked the letter box at 4pm, still no letter, and got the letter tonight after dinner)
