可以pm＂生物療法＂醫生資料比我！My son is 9 years old and confirmed ADD from CU, he was recommended to take medicine.  I avoid to do that for him and glad to see information from you and the great mum(s) like you sharing.

gfcf diet 能行, 只是媽媽要多比心機, 同出街唔方便食野.  不過你個女連米都唔食得就麻煩d, 我個唔食得牛奶, 牛肉, 蛋(全隻)同麵粉.  我覺得都ok.  可以自己訂麵粉整d gfcf 麵包, 蛋糕, 有時我比佢食中試糖水同糯米糍.  starch你可以食蕃薯同d gfcf 包. 因為你個女唔食得米, 所以最好係自己整, 因為好多包會用米粉, 自己整知道用左物.  gfcf bread & cake有唔少用teff flour, almond flour, corn flour, tapioca starch, teff flour, sorghum flour, millet flour 等.  

我建議你多d上外國網站睇, 會有好多info & recipe.  我唔覺得會營養唔平行, 牛奶其實係好差, 係牛奶生產商大做廣告, 大家冇睇到牛奶嘅壞處.  我兩個細路已冇飲牛奶好耐, 就算未驗敏感前, 我已知牛奶唔係好野, 幾年前已戒, 只係有時有d食物有cheese, 咁咪食d, 而家都唔食啦.

Elmostoney, thanks for your sharing.
My son is now 3, and the psychologist 懷疑佢ADD (因年紀太細，又唔太明顯，冇confirm佢係），佢之前鼻敏感，had a blood test for allergy, 但完全冇食物敏感，咁係咪食療幫唔到佢呢? 好想趁他還少，睇下有冇嘢可以做到。謝謝!

有無試過同小朋友戒牛奶及含有牛奶食物？

聽有家長講，美國有不少supplements幫助專注。在賣supplement的美國網站打focus, 或attention/attentive去search，就找到。有隻叫attentive child俾兒童，有冇人試過？

其實乜都未介又未試，因為好迷惘，因為blood test 話冇allergy, 咁介口有冇幫助呢?

戒牛奶及小麥，同食物敏感有D吾同，牛奶及小麥中的蛋白質好難消化，刺激腸道外，惡菌會之生，惡菌排出毒素由腸入血上腦。
