My boy got offer from both schools last year.  We chose YW since:

1.  Guarantee Band 1 secondary school

2.  We highly appreciate the enthusiasum of Mrs Lam and the methodology that she uses.  YW is designed for boys.

3.  Benefit to little brother

4.   I admit that students at TSL has much more opportunity to use English at school than YW, which makes it possible that the English of TSL students may be better than YW (I did not do any comparison of the English ability of students from the two schools).  Nonetheless, if our objective is to "learn very good English", then we will not choose TSL.  My husband and I listened to the English briefing session of TSL.  The oral English of Mr Yeung is rather Hong Kong English.  So, I cannot see that "good English" is a definite advantage of TSL over YW.

The above is just our comparison of the two schools based on our list of priorities.  From a stand alone point of view, I agree that TSL is a very good school.
