為升小而搬家值得嗎?

為升小而搬家值得嗎?  If it is for the purpose of 升小, I will say no.  If my child has good quality and good KG training, then he should be able to win something in the DSS game.  If he wins nothing, then even if I put him in very good primary schools, it may not turn out to be good for him and we parents.  So, I only applied for DSS / private school last year and did not participate in the lucky draw at all.

Also, to me, moving home = $$$$$$$$$$$.  So, if I cannot afford the school fee of DSS / private school, then I would not consider moving home either.

我覺得睇下你自己本身個網有無心儀，如果無都係值得搬。我也是在k2時搬家，原因我有兩個小朋友、我也不選擇私校、女兒不太smart,面試時不夠人爭。所以我選擇搬到我原先隔離的網，因為較多一線及二線學校，希望盡量唔使叩門面試。不過我並不是搬到九龍的名校網，其實原先都有考慮過這些名校網，因小朋友在該區讀幼稚園，但因擔心得與失相差很大，而且又要各方面都取得平𧗾，所以選擇現時的校網，雖然我派不到第一志願，是派到第二志願，但我都很感恩，覺得很幸運，最主要亦是自己的心儀。所以我覺得對我來說搬家是非常值得的。

同意為方便上學而搬, 唔會為抽獎而搬.
但各施各法, 要衡量下當中的得與失啊
