上年開始要2nd in先有得見校長, 2nd人數約1000人; 再之前就人人報都有得見校長!

There are positive reasons. E.g. the interview time does not commonly crash interviews of other primary schools.  Furthermore, the assessment by YWPS is very organized and comprehensive, which is time consuming but fair.  This year is special because there are open days in May.

The portfolio can be submitted later, say at the 1st interview, not necessarily at the time of submitting the application form.

PS  Pls note that the word is spelt as "portfolio", not "profolio".  Another word to be used is "profile"
