Just do some slight calculations yesterday, the % to band 1 this yr is about 86%, and % for Band 1A is about 30%.

The band 1A % dropped as compared with previous yrs (prior 3 yrs over 30%) but the Band 1% increased.

I found  a post which has ranking of grading of DSS schools (2010) and another which has the ranking and grading of Gov't/Gov't Aid schools and do the calculation.

That is the best I can found, of cox don't know if they are correct, but they seem reasaonable to me.
