【本報訊】由英國劍橋和牛津大學畢業生創立的教育中心Senate House Education，一名英語拼音兼職男導師上課期間，趁與3歲女童獨處時，要求女童脫去內褲，然後用手機拍攝其下體，女童事後向外婆投訴揭發事件。涉案導師昨天承認製作兒童色情物品罪，還柙至下月3日判刑。

單身的被告黃銳勤（27歲），2010年起在位於銅鑼灣裕景中心7樓的Senate House Education擔任文職工作，兩年後才轉任兼職英文拼音導師。案情指被非禮的女童只有三歲零八個月大，由外婆照顧，案發前兩個月開始每周到案發中心上一小時拼音課。


趁男學生去廁所犯案
今年8月20日中午，外婆到中心接女童放學。她向外婆訴說遭被告影「patpat」，外婆初時不以為意，其後女童再指着自己的下體，表示遭被告拍攝這個部位。外婆追問下，女童指被告着她脫去內褲，坐在椅上張開雙腿，用手機拍攝她的下體，完事後着她穿回內褲。外婆告知女童母親報警。
警方於同日下午拘捕被告，在其手機找不到任何罪證，稍後將手機還原，起回五張已刪除的相片，相片清楚拍得女童下體，其中三張更見到女童容貌。辯方求情指被告案發後失去工作，他解釋不到犯案原因，只說是一時衝動，對女童、其家人及社會造成傷害而致歉，認罪顯示悔意。裁判官替他索取心理報告才判刑。
Senate House Education法規部總監關先生昨天表示，被告並非中心的核心教員，案發時與女童和另一名男生上課。由於男生前往洗手間的時間很長，才讓被告有機可乘。
教育中心事後已經將被告解僱，並且懷疑他另涉其他違反誠信的刑事罪行。關又稱，校方現時已經採取相應防範措施，確保教育中心的學生安全。

The English centre also need to take responsibilities to protect their students and it looks like they did not do proper screening before employing staff/teachers either from the article.

段新聞冇講個男人係Cambridge畢業喎，只係話間Centre係一班牛津劍橋畢業生開。

Hai bor...but still the centre needs to have proper hiring processes!

Nevertheless, why would  an admin staff suddenly be qualified to teach phonics?



Sure enough teaching phonics is not hard but it seems their teachers qualification rewuirements are not high.

A friend of mine said that the centre actually has unrecorded CCTV in each classroom and yet this did not prevent such incident from happening...wonder what the centre does...my friend was so shocked!!!

Agree with your point ...these Cambridge students know how to make money from parents....having an admin staff to teach their kids phonics ....

The education centre presents to be a high class insitution in their advertisment .... who knows its so bad if no one discover the crime?

Yes, they have ads on minibus too.  They claim that the quality of their teachers are very experienced and their centre is reputable too.  But in recent news it's found that the teacher is only an admin staff and has pyschological problems.  In the recent news on Appledaily  - the teacher actually has physchological problem and needs to be DISTANT from children!!!!!!!!!!  Wonder how they do their recruitment!  Its so irresponsible that they claim that the boy was in the toilet for long resulting in such crime happening.  They have a surviellance camera in each classroom and still they cannot see that happening....then what's the point of having CCTV installed and having someone monitoring outside of the situation in the classroom.  So all that proves its not effective.

Totally unacceptable why are there so many perverts out there?
The center should have guidelines on not allowing instructors to be alone with students

The management (the so called Cambridge/Oxford graduates) handled the situation terribly.  They may be academically good, but on the moral side of things - doubt it terribly!  All they care is their business, and not the children there.
