Thanks for all recommendation! may i know how to find Mad scientists? i search in the public library, there are not many titles.
BTW, Wimpy kids series is better for teenagers? my son just 5.5

any other good suggestion on humorous fictions about daily life?

around 8 books in Mad scientist series。
曾經見過商務印有售，但近排只剩1，2本。我喺網上店book depo. 買，平好多。

我仔都係5歲時睇wimpy kids。我冇期望他睇得晒同睇得完全明白，這套書係佢當然自己選擇，佢亦沉迷過一段時間，我諗如果完全睇唔明，佢唔會繼續睇。

Funny嘅仲有mr men, little miss series, 每本都係一個短故事，但我覺得呢套書十分好，有很多形容動作嘅句子同形容詞。

wimpy kids我未試。。。我誤會故事情節比較合適高小學生，易有共鳴! 你兒子5歲情節能吸引

Mr men and little miss series, 整套故事差不多看完，很喜歡的一套書，有部分買，有大部分在library借:)
好想買整套Daisy and the trouble series, bookpeople 又未見一整套平。。。

想搵chapter book。。。

以情節來說，wimpy kids應該係較啱大啲嘅小朋友睇，後期有一本講主角嘅好朋友交了女朋友，主角的心情（我冇睇晒本書，只睇了開頭少許）
不過我仔係較愛睇大少少嘅diaries，連dork diaries都愛睇，不過我冇買，未過到自己嗰關，始終係女孩子的少女心事，唔知適唔適合

Daisy and the trouble with series 本本都鐘意睇呀! 內容似小丸子攪笑, 生活發生的趣事.... 不過可能你兒子會嫌幼稚...hahaa! 你在圖書館搵搵試反應

wimpy kids 我睇過後期本戀愛情節, 認同比較啱大啲嘅小朋友睇
