SPCC. vs. DGS

如此遭遇的都好難取捨。若日後多數去外國升學，揀DG較適合，而SPCC較著重發掘孩子潛能和發揮。有冇問你個女想去邊度呢？

好奇一問, 點解大家普遍覺得將來外地升學,DG比較合適?

論壓力，我估兩間差不多.  聽過co-edu 一年要做80本書的讀書報告（但報告內容是簡單的）；dg小朋友都會看很多書，不過就不用做那麼多讀書報告。

80本書....我都聽過朋友講....再問清楚佢話係建議...並不一定

另一朋友講....佢小朋友SPCC P1 d同學...去到初中已走左超過一半....所以去外國讀書一樣大比例~~~

讀DGJS....為何要特別留意品格成長 ??

My girl picked DGJS two years ago.  She likes DGJS more than SPCC after attended two interviews.  Though we like the SPCC principal too.. we would like my girl to be more all rounded as we are more sporty than musical person.  My girl is active in speech, sport and academic strong too.  Their classmates are really good in everything too!  Everyone is super and competitive.  DG girls are very tuff and never give up in trying.  Good spirit as well...  Most girls there are very active and smart.  It happened in my year, my girl classmate got admitted to SPCC.  Just recently, we met up with the parent for tea.  I heard some complaints from the SPCC parents that only P2 at SPCC.. quite a lot of homework.  In contrast, DGJS has little homework.  We are more relax.  So I guess .. this may be good for your consideration factor as well.

DGJS is an EMI school.  They have many years of experience to teach supreme English.  The way and syllabus they set for their students are good.  They can teach near native standard English.  I have no doubt they have a very strong and professional team to do that.  That depending what you want as DGJS (EMI school) vs SPCC (Chinese Primary School).

English assessment ，朋友女女去年入DGJS 小一，佢話有女仔係eng assessment 考得唔好，副校call家長見面訓示。當時係收左，但未到9月入學，個女仔阿媽收到學校電話時嚇到鼻哥窿都冇肉。

既然兩間都咁好，我會揀環境健康、少空氣污染的那一間，因為返學時時刻刻都吸緊嗰度嘅空氣。

用這准則選擇十分明顯 - SPCC

品格 =/= 性格 ?

如果獨女就Spcc好好多，個人認為讀男女校於將來對人處事各方面都會有幫助。我大囡即將讀德望，冇能力考入其他神校，就算有DG，中學亦會考慮轉讀男女校。
