同時，學校考試的模式漸趨向TSA形式，這也是一個問題.  一直希望兒子接受IB教育，因有感自己多年的傳統式教育，只是為了訓練考試，所以初出來工作要多思考、分析、有獨立主見，十分吃力。

That's a very true reality.  Those monster parent should have a clear mind on that, what is the most important skill set you need when you are working? Do we still insist to mode the kids good at handling all kinds of exam but like a dump to handle challenge, too shy or too slow to voice out idea...All the kids are the treasure of the society and they are our future.  If you trained them as dump as possible, you will pay it.
