It is only due to decreasing birth rate and you can check from their web-site where number of students are the least for those kids borned in 1999.  You can compare their no. of students with those of Kentville.....they suffer similar situation (i.e. kids borned in 1999 are the least). Thereafter, total number of students accepted are rising again which is around 700 - 800.

It’s not true.  My son graduated from SC this year.  His classmate’s little sister has applied SC this year but is in waiting list.  Her mother checked with SC many times and the reply is still same.  No vacancy at the moment and the wait list is about 200.

會唔會有 d 人在 k1-k2 期間有好多人走左,到 k3 咪少左 d 人 囖!

應該係每間幼稚園有一定的招生人數, 不能超過上限, 否則會比政府告同埋罰款....我記得以前係有過d名幼稚園係超額, 唔知係咪......

我都覺得有d幫助, 如有對比的時候, 別人總會選一些standard 高d的學生.

本人之小朋友已給sfa,gh,Kln Tong, Tak Ngai accepted.

你小朋友都幾smart wor.我想問吓你小朋友係校外有冇參加d課外活動呀, e.g.英文 or 其他, 因為我考慮比個女讀st cat, 但唔知仲需唔需要係出面學英文呢?

其實我看過很多小朋友參加很多的課外活動, 但考小學都是失敗, 我看過我囝囝和同班小朋友英文會話班的成績表, 個個都是excellence, 連d講嘢都不太好的小朋友都全部excellence, 攪到我真是以為自己個仔好叻, (我個囝囝的表達力麻麻地) 看來參加課外活動的成績表是無人會看, 我自己從來都不會keep起那些証書同成績表。
我知道如果考外面的公開試或公開比賽是最有用, 因為所有學校都會承認, 而我囝囝把口咁差都考了三間有兩間收, 可能都是因為公開試有成績給小學看吧!
