Is the standard of teachers in KTS good?

My daughter is now in K2. I'm looking for a primary school for you. KTS is one of my target schools. However, I know it only a little.

I wonder if the standard of teachers in KTS is good or not as both my husband and I think that teachers play important roles on children development both mentally and psychologically. Many of you say that the teachers are nice, sincere, responisble and helpful. However, I also heard that the turn-over rate of the teachers is high, too. Is it really the case?

I wonder if the school is good why there are so many teachers leave the school then? Hope that you can give me some advice so that I can make the best decision. Thanks!

學校一直沒有傳聞說很多老師因特別原因離開，看到你的問題幾日，是否 turn-over rate of the teachers is high ?.......家長又怎會知得清楚全校老師流動的情況，所以沒有人答。

不過，我剛想到辦法，我有近幾年的校刊在手，對下便知，不過工程浩大，而且我又正在寫長篇小說 ......遲些才回答你

原來校刊有全體老師的相片，之前我仲以為要將每一班的相片中的老師名字抄出才能核對......


2001 年校刊 :-

校長 = 1
副校長 = 1
主任 = 2
外藉老師 = 2
老師 = 38

2005 年校刊 :-

校長 = 1
副校長 = 1
主任 = 5
外藉老師 = 3
老師 = 38

Total 48 人


比較了 2001年及 2005年校刊, 離開了的主任/老師 :-

主任 = 1 (退休)
外藉老師 = 1 (退休)
老師 = 13

因為我和老師不太熟 (除了每年的班主任)，並且校內沒有傳聞，所以不知道他們離開的原因，我只知道小兒一年班時的班主任，親愛的張惠芬老師是因為做少奶奶   ，所以離職。  

根據數字顯示，平均每年有三位老師離開。
