炮台山那間PLAYGROUP真令我很失望.

在電話內說是由外籍老師教授.....結果不是
老師裝不懂聽中文....好假
上課時間不足一小時
那天上課只得我的小朋友及另一個小朋友........唔怪得知咁小人參加啦

請大家選擇PLAYGROUP時要小心!

那間PLAYGROUP 名稱叫 '雋x教育中心'.
除此之外, 我上堂那間課室地下很不清潔......一入課室個腳底會有好多塵.

這件事真令我覺得很難忘.......成件事好似俾人欺騙完咁.
總之請大家小心選擇!

o i c. I've heard postitive comments form other thread before. I have also called it for class information. As there is no class available at that time, we are only put on waiting list. When it called us for class in mid-April, we rejected it because we were already having class in a centre in North Point.

BTW, how many lessons you have paid for? Is it possible to ask for refund?

Dear yeechak,

I think I know that centre and I think I know their Sat classes' Eng teacher (since my son attend her
phonic class in Sat afternoon). She is really a
wonderful native Eng teacher. But she is not a "white people", she is a Chinese ABC. She loves kids and even like to talk to parent. I have not accompany my son during class, but I can see the lesson on screen, my son love the lesson and can't stop.

As far as I know, the centre has a high reputation. As a consumer and a parent, try to talk to them, request improvement, explanation and even refund.
