Hi sjmama,

Thanks, I also checked inland revenue website and saw the same info.  However still not cleared where to get the document to have CAC doc signature, is this a standard form or simply a letter from CAC doc.   We are not looking for 傷殘津貼, but would be great if we can get 傷殘免稅額 as we spent quite a lot of money in the past 7 months on private service, luckily I got a phone call from 社工 yesterday to inform we got EETC seat.

Congratulations!

I remember that someone told me before the Inland Revenue will send us a form for the doctor to sign if we state in the 報稅表 that we're supporting our kid who is eligible for 傷殘免稅額. I did ask the doctor I met in the Assesment Centre and she also told me the same thing.

However, to play safe, I downloaded CRR4, the form for applying for 傷殘人士登記證 and requested the doctor to sign it. I will submit the copy of the form next year with my 報稅表 and see if the Inland Revenue will accept it.
