Depend on which school you are applying for.

I write parents occupation and the volunteer activities joined

I have no idea whether I should put it or not. BTW, I was found that most of the application form is not require to fill-in the parents' education background, seems that they doesn't care about this. Could others mum give me some advice?

It depends on your education background. If you are a degree holder, of course you should write about it. If you are a secondary school graduated, you should focus on your occupation now. You should also mention that you do voluntary work at your child's kindergarten / school.
