想問程序是:
1.由庫房直接過全數學費給學校,然後再扣津貼後餘額,從該公務員出糧戶口扣減(That means the government pay directly to the school and parents no need to set up any auto-pay account for school fee?)

OR

2.每月照由家長簽好的直接付款授權戶口過學費給學校,再由庫房每月按津貼比例過戶給公務員出糧戶口

**My husband says no.1 but for Sep school fee was already paid by us. What is the correct procedure?**

如無記錯應該係......

7-8月時各部門有表格取, 自行先交9月份學費, 再將表格及學費收據交部門, 之後每月庫房會直接交學校, 再出糧扣餘數; 但留意交表格限期 , 好似話過左就要幾耐下先回返俾你.

=> If I remember correctly, it will be the end of Sep.

Moreover, how do we know the school fee are paid by government to school monthly?
=> In your monthly salary statement, there will be an item "school fee", that means, the gov has already paid the school fee for you.

One more question: Do I need to confirm with school that the school fee is paid by government instead of my autopay accout? It is beacuse I already submit the autopay direct debit form to school. Will the school still carry on debit the sch fee from my saving account?

You may confirm it with school for the first month.  But actually, the school will call you in case if they fail to receive school fee.  Don't worry!

no local education allowance for CS employed after 2000. Max allowance is about $29000 for new applicants ( or 75% school fee )

Yes. U pay the first month and the treasury will reimburse u later and pay the rest to the school directly. Of course, your salary will be detucted by the amount u need to pay ( 25% of school fee ) each month. By the way, it is taxable.

4. 博吾博好睇你地的TARGET 係乜和點諗, 傳統的學校(官小都係)壓力較大, 你認為小朋友可應付咁當然冇問題LA, 但相反就未必是件好事, 而揀學校要考慮好多因素的.
