Well, I think also it's much better to study aboard after primary school.  You can really learn good english & meet more local friends~~

That may be true, the relationship may not be that close, on the other hand, it can train him to be more independent.  

And also, the important thing is, he will treasure the time with family~~~

Some of my friend's children went aboard at young age and they aren't so close with their family when they grow up.
