if u want the teacher goes to your home, depends on where u live n where the teacher lives....like me, i charge $210/45mins for grade 4, if go to student's home, will add another $40 to $50 every lesson.

A teacher introduced by BK mom cost HKD175.00 per half an hour (to my place) for level one.  The teacher can't disclose her qualification and only said she had a lot of experience.  Is it expensive?  I am still looking for a piano teacher.  Can anybody introduce?  Thanks.

teacher must have to let her/his student and parent know about their qualification, and as a parent you can even ask for a look of their cert.  its protecting yourself.
