Although you may be able to find as much as information for your applying schools (based on past year interviews), most importantly, you should train your child's performance during the interview. Here are a few I taught my son and my friends' kids last year:
- Appear confident
- Keep smile always
- Must have eye-contact with the interviewer
- Say Good morning, good afternoon, good bye to the teacher (if she/he has name tag), even call them by name
- if you are asked sth you don't know, don't be nervous, politely to admit that and show the interest of learning more
- familiar with own profile (as it is done by parent, the kids don't even know sometimes) and be able to explain any question relating to that.
Interview times are coming, I would suggest parent to start reading newspaper with your child everyday, discuss about any interesting news together, that will help them to express their opinions/ideas.
Remember, don't memorize model answers (whenever you got those from), experienced teachers/interviewers would know.
