Basically application to kindergarten is not OFFICIALLY related to your residential address. However, some kindergartens will refer to your location to determine AM or PM sessions are more suitable if they decide to accept the children.
The only one I have heard of which uses address for considerations is 聖士提反女子中學附屬幼稚園. They stated as they hope most of the students will be able to enter the primary section (which is gov't aided) so they refer to the points system as for primary school assignment. |
