Any parent now having your child eat 魚油? Which brand is good for our special child?

My boy now is 2.5 yrs, is it suitable to start eating?

Can anyone share the experience.....

Carlson, bottle 上話俾 under 4 食, 但我仔 2 yr 都食, 食少 d, 1/4 teaspoon / day.

若你唔敢, 可以俾 flaxseed oil 或亞麻籽粉, 都一樣有 omega 3, 而係植物成份。我隔日食魚油 & flaxseed 粉.

Thanks for the advice.

Can I know where can buy such brand of fish oil?

Also can the oil mix with rice or congee to eat, rather than eat seperately? As I am afraid my son may not eat the oil seperately.

囝囝下個月三歲，半年前開始食Carlson Fish Oil, 跟anan3838一樣，每日1/4茶匙。食完第一支後轉咗Carlson Cod Liver Oil，因bottle上寫可以俾兩歲以上小孩食，Omega-3份量同Fish Oil差不多，但額外有Vitamin A & D可幫助牙齒 ...

尋日(星期五)上去買魚油,聽佢地講今日會搬office去佐敦,但個website還未update,大家呢幾日上去的話,最好打電話check下.

我囝囝食開呢隻，係cream狀，寫話合4歲以上。會夾幾個媽咪一齊在美國訂回來，分担運費，有興趣pm我。
