Could anyone please share his/her comments/experience on the following:
1) format and questions (no paper test?) of the 2nd interview last year.
2) if not shortlisted to be part of the final 170 or so, will the candidates automatically be put on the waiting list?
3) after the first round is over, do candidates on the waiting list still need to compete with the candidates of second round for the remaining spaces?
4) will there be a paper test in the second round?

I can only tell you the answer to 4). According to the announcement of the school, there will not be written test for the applicant.

But another thread says there was paper test in the second round (not the first round like this time).

below is extracted from the second interview notification.

1. Each applicant shall only be accompanied by ONE parent/guardian.

2. There will be NO written test for the applicants.

3. There will be NO interview for parents.

1. 冇筆試, 仲要玩得好開心添!

2. 記憶所及, 唔覺佢有call waiting。而考6月果輪係唔會計呢次既表現。個個都當從頭來過。
3. 今次唔知佢收幾多位, 因為我覺得佢仲要留返d比6月既申請人。所以實際上比大家估既更激烈。

係, 上年6個一組入課室。之後分兩組玩遊戲。所以大家唔洗擔心, 個個小朋友都識玩。老師只係睇下佢地既另一面。記得好似冇問過一條學術問題....(要問第一次面試已經問左啦)

呢次真係考下各小朋友有冇禮貌, 遇到困難, 失敗, 成功時既表現。呢d絕對唔係一時三刻可以train到你個小朋友, 放鬆d啦!

what about quick fire questions like "who is the CEO of HK?" are those questions only be found in the 2nd round (say in June 2010)?

But it is good to know that this time the candidates only need to play some group games.

想當年我問人2ND IN點考, 都有聽過呢D問題, 我都刻意教呀仔財政司, 政務司, 三司十一局都講哂...不過最後佢地都冇問過。其實每年佢地考既野都唔同, 今年可能都有變。

至於6月果次, 我唔知會唔會考唔同既野。當時都冇為意其他人講。

想问多句，第一次面试的分数会不会累积计算最后的结果?另外，陈守仁有没有打算自己成立一间中学，或是跟其他学校接龙?

咁我又唔知喎....佢地第一次有幾多分, 第二次幾多分, 同埋佢因為有幾多分而入到呢間學校, 學校都唔會公佈比我地家長知喎...所以呢樣答唔到你。

中學....冇聽過。一條龍唔係我首要既考慮之列...但陳守仁中學校網係油尖旺, 我都非常滿意呢D中學。

我仔仔都係剛入P1, 6年後既野, 6年後先算
