Many of the students from SMM could get into Mary Mount or St. Paul's Catholic for their Primary study.
Most of the students from SPK (around 90%) could get into St. Paul's Convent and some students (around 5%) could get into DGS, St. Paul's Co-ed or Maryknoll for their primary study.
I have no comment on LLC as it is not in the same class in my mind.
Unless you already have enough points to guarantee a good primary school through the government lottery, you should choose St Paul's rather than St Margaret.

If you got both schools offering your kid, you can say so. However, SMM normally announces ahead from SPK.
The chance of getting into SMM is higher anyway. I guess the chance of getting into SPK should be less than 5% if you are not recommended by the fathers or sisters in churches or your parents are not teaching in SPC, SPCSPR or SPK.
