Heard that the teaching level in DBS is ahead of other schools eg. P2 English text book is used in the first term of P1 already. Is that true?

If this is true, I don't want my son to skip P1 material and then directly study P2 material in the coming year. I would like to help him to bridge the gap by teaching him the gap in-between.

Can any existing parent share which English textbook and Maths text book are used in P1?

For English subject.
P1 student study P2 book

For Maths subject.
P1 student would study 1/2 grade upper.

For the rest subject. Study all P1 grade.

Since school has changed to use a new book for English this year. Mine is different !

When your son was in grade 1, which English text book and Maths text book did your son use?
