教育處規定有封頂數量,每一班有2個位.海壩街有五班,所以應該有10個位(但最總收多少個由學校決定).每班最多27個人一班.
我的小朋友現在讀一年班,個班得26個人(是普通話班).
所以我都唔知真正人數.但叩門form有百多分,面試得62人.

Based on your experience, do you think it needs to have 補習 after school ? Actually, it helps the student to do the homework.

I think it must learn English(kumon or cambridge) and Maths in K2,because our child will come faster than other child.
the homework is so easy.not need to have remediation.

2010-2011年度小一後補生取錄名單
取錄名單已經出了,上海壩街網睇.收了14個小朋友.6個後補.睇你的兒有無名.

disappointed, it seems unfair, specially in the interview preformance. Relationship is more important than performance. Actually, each school has the same problem. forget it!

我知道這校是以interview的表現而取錄!
因小兒當年也是叩門入,小兒原本在64區,沒有在名校讀幼稚園,亦冇漂亮的証書,只是碰下運氣叩門,入左.
但我也有到6-7間學校叩門,說真的是有你所講的問題,記得那年去了65區 interview ,當時己有2XX多人in,但當我看見該校的老師像找尋要搵的學生及家長時,我個心一沉,己知沒希望了!那當然 fair.最後我希望你能我到心儀的小學!!順帶一提 ,你可以在8月尾致電心儀小學問下仲有冇位,因有很多家長最後才決定入讀那家小學!!!所以建議你註冊時不要太早交費用拖下先!!!

你好KentonLaw,海壩街是睇表現而取錄,你有沒有為你的小朋友面試做功夫,
1)要問從曾經在海壩街面試的小朋友家長,有什麼問題.
2)portfolio要早在大半年前已要准備.如果有新的證書就不斷加入portfolio.
3)要學英文和數學,普通話.(k1-k2已開始)
4)上網find the detail about interview question and answer.eg.when interview finished,the teacher gave candy to children,do you think the children have some reaction?(荃浸出過今年)

有一位家長YanYansweetie有回答.你有沒有為你小朋友准備.
本來一全部的東西都為我小朋友准備,但她成功入到.
所以全部用在我的姪女身上.interview 時英文要讀和spelling她全部答對.動作題也表現得十分出色,老師叫她表演給同學睇.等等...(要給小朋友多學東西和表演使小朋友不怕羞)
Kentonlaw 機會只得一次,機會只留給有兩手准備的人.

應該無這麼多關係,有關係一早入了.
