We asked the teacher last year and they did not recommend doing external courses as their's is system that is unique to KV. Attending external courses may cause confusion as the kid will need to learn 2 systems. KV system is very good, but requires practice.
My dau is promoting to K2. She is learning Kumon eng and maths. Her standard of maths meets to K3 syllbus which is addition(e.g 8+6....). Actually , i don't know that this would have an impact on her learning on maths in KV.By the way, i will keep on .不想半途而廢. Also , i want to sent her to learn Enopi as well cos Enopo focus on thinking. It totally differ from kumon while kumon focus on practice
