My girls have had lessons at their center for more than three years, I'm quite satisfied with their teachers and class materials, they had more interest in Mandarin now and willing to speak them at home too.

Hi sze8, nice to meet you again too!
Yes, 小北京 is a non-profit making education center, it's registered from the government. Fees are reasonable and it's a high quality language center. I highly recommend this to all of you.
You could also try 華盛普通話教育中心 which is located in Connaught Road, Central, tel: 21856152. But I don't know how's the fee schedule, perhaps you could try and contact them, I think it would be more expensive than 小北京 but it's nearer to your home.
