For the elder one, I think she basically sleep that long by her own biological clock. So, we didn't intentionally make this happen.
However, it got a bit more difficult for us on the young one. She sleeps around 8 hours only and used to nap during pn (attend am classes). What we can do during summer holiday is to avoid nap, which is a must! So, as the energy burns out then they will get tire. This would help to sleep longer. Also, another thing is she used to sleep short. So, even if she wakes up early, we "make" her stay in bed longer (not letting her get off the bed). As she get bore, she fall asleep again. This take a few weeks to eventually achieve the sleeping pattern we desire.
