我並不完全同意 (Judy, Shoeshine & mothertk) 的觀點，但是我誓死捍衛他們說話的權利。

I would like to take this opportunity to share to members on the status of a few concerned members:

motherotk: There are posts which this member has posted and must be reviewed.  In the process of doing so, the account has to be blocked first while these posts are being removed.

judy: One of her posts is now under legal review.  The complete content of this post has been removed from this thread so it is no longer viewable by any means.  While this is in process, the concerned account has to be blocked in the meantime.

Shoeshine: This is a permanent ban as this account belongs to a previously banned account (i.e. 回魂).

I believe the members who have raised their concerns do not understand the review process itself and may have over-reacted.

As much as I do not want such inconvenience being caused, members must allow time to handle these situations.  Once these processes are completed, and the accounts are deemed appropriate to be re-activated, then we would do so (except for the case of Shoeshine).

If possible, after your reviewing process, pls share your reviewing procedure with us and further improve the transparency of BK. Share as much as appropriate.

我剛剛收到一個電話，電話來自一位資深BK網友，他向我簡佈了這幾天在論壇上發生的事，和judy被禁的因由。judy被禁發言好像是因為兩段留言，第一段就只是簡單的「嘩！嘩！嘩！」三個字，第二段應該就是現在被legal review的那一段。

來電的網友跟我分享了第二段的內容大意，我和他都覺得該段內容沒什麼大不了，完全不明白為何這些文字會觸動了您要提出legal review.

為對當事人公平和公正起見，您有責任交代judy的言論可能觸犯了什麼法例？是否已經啟動了法律程序？是否已經排期研訊？幾時？會在那一級法院研訊？如果以上都未定，您們要定一個期限和交代法律程序的進展。這件事絕對不能用Legal Review兩個字就無限期拖下去。

其實Shoeshine以前犯了甚麼錯令他永不超生呢？我不認識他前世，我只看到他的今生，並無不當，只閱讀他的文章，甚為欣賞。為甚麼不能既往不咎，給人重生機會呢？

每人都有些缺憾，但看著聰明爸等人的離去，實在是BK的損失。

I have pointed out that many people here have violated the policy of this forum especially about copyright. BK/EK has never done anything to avoid this. But they are very sensitive to some violations.

I have just posted a message querying about the copyright issue of edea's photo but has been removed.

我也追看judy留言好幾年，簡而精，清而脆。

她11點的留言全刪掉，只留下被引用的那句，實在有欠公允。她大意是要求版主團隊統一審裁標準，和支持墨版以往較寬容的作風。

那句中的玩拳擊指較激烈的辯論，拳拳到肉，玩泥沙指說話客套，和稀泥。男人之家不是歧視，是點出新舊版主之別。明眼人是看得出的。

希望版主能夠展出泱泱風度。

I think it's unlikely for a person to be against the Discrimination Ordinance by posting message in a forum. Defamation is more likely.
