Dear all P.1 mums,
I am sorry to ask you that do your children still have language delay according to the speech therapist's assessment.  I feel that my son's conversation and story telling skill are bad when compared with those normal kids. Thanks a lot.

Your brother is very very good --- sponsors your child's training fee.  You must value him.  One s.t. lesson per week is enough as your son has many things to do as a P.1 student.

Dear mcyip,
Yes.  Exactly the same as my child.  He seems to be not bad according to the test.  However, he does not do well in daily life conversation and story-telling.  The only thing I can do is to keep on training him,

BTW, how's your son's school life right now.  His school is also on my list.

You are right.  剛開學好忙好忙好忙, 所以近來少上o黎...  I go home very very late in this month e.g. I had my late dinner at 9:00 p.m. last week.  

I feel that my son is very insufficient in terms of academic performance, attention, communication skill and social skill.  Just hope that he can get well-equipped for P.1 in 2007.  My son always asks me when he can go to P.1.  I just cheat him that he will go to another school to study P.1 preparatory class before going to P.1.  As he is not really very 心水清, he accepts my lie.

Me too.

You are right.  I must talk to my son's teacher about the matter of P.1 allocation first.  My son is very curious about which primary schools his classmates will study.  

My office hour is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  I often work at home when my son goes to bed.  無收工時間, always唔夠訓, 面青青, 唔搽粉&唇膏唔見得人.  Most of the people (except those extremely efficient 高人 & bad sheep) in my field are working like this.  呻完啦!!!

想問下點解靜係我地呢個topic, 需要用 cursor move 去右邊小小, 先可以睇晒成個 page d內容既     點解其他topic唔會甘既 ???   

你地有這情況出現嗎 ? 定係我個monitor太細 ?

唔使勞氣!  Many principals are 講一套, 做一套.  I know some well-known 融合小學 which don't use the money or just use part of the money on our children.  Some principals just use the money for purchasing books, computer aids, teaching aids, etc.  有機會塞錢俾學校白賺. 濫用資源是教育界的大問題, if there is 無投訴, 教統局也無法跟進.  家長只有自求多福, 希望遇到好老師&好校長.  因為如此, 我要求囝囝很高, 希望個仔不用依賴學校, .

According to my s.t., your son's progress is very good.  He told me that your son could apply all the things that he learnt from the previous lessons.  Your son has potential to develop better.  


You may be right.  I am a demanding & picky mom.  I always feel that my son is not good enough.  

Forget about the s.t. assessment.  My boy tried two assessments in this summer, one from the school's s.t. and the other one from my private s.t.  The first one reported that his expression was one year ahead, but comprehension half year delay.  The second one reported that his comprehension was one year ahead, but expression was half year delay.  It seems to be a bit contradictory.  On the average (according to these assessments), he could be more or less age appropriate.  In reality, his communicate ability and story telling skill are still very weak.

Very very true.  There are so many bad sheep in the field of education.  If it is possible, I want to teach my child at home.
