Forget to say that this school requires active participation of parents. e.g story telling, running birthday party, helping during class time and field trips, etc. They run a lot of parent seminars because they want you to know what's going on and how you can help your kids e.g phonics. If you do not want to involve and expect your kid to do the homework by themselves since PN or K1, you will not like this school. Nonetheless, it doesn't mean that they will accept kids with full time mom. I am a working mom. I believe that they can tell whether you have sufficient interaction with your kids in the 1st interview. They look at how you play with your kids instead of asking you and your kids a lot of questions. Probably, they just want to confirm again in the 2nd interview that you fit the culture of the school.
I hope that I don't have the 2nd interview because I have a son studying there. The school will not doubt whether I can fit the school. Finger crossed :).
