My boy is quite talented and he has great interest in 圍棋 (in fact all kinds of chess, mind games and strategy games). He is now 3-4 段

香港兒童棋院 has the greatest number of students in HK. Seems that your boy would improve very quickly in 圍棋.  If it is the case, you can send me a PM or post after several months. I will introduce some good teachers for him.
