The receptionist at LH LV indeed is quite nice. But she's not that kind of person who smiles at everyone. And, I once saw a father who coughed continously at the reception area and that father was supposed to go to his child's classroom to read a story later. That receptionist pro-actively asked the father to put on a mask. She indeed said it quite nicely. So I do have a good impression of the receptionist after I learn more about her.
