Hello ! Lamlolo,

I believe it has a great possibility for Pui Kiu students to attend the assessment as this should be applied for all schools.  

However, the pressure for students are certainly less than that of other schools as we won't need to worry about the scores too much.

Parents can have more time to communciate with their son/daugther who can have more time to read books.  However, it is a necessity for parents to supporting the school's mission and arrangment so as to ensure the smooth operation of this new school.

Recently,  I need to encourage my son in learning   and reading more books related to Solar System as this is the topic which he has learnt in English class.

you mean that all schools should attend the P3 and P6 assessment test..... even for private school???

Sorry ! This is only my guess.   Perhaps you can phone to school or government for confirmation if you want to know details.

From open day, the interview shoudl be next Satuday but up to now, I still haven't receive any news yet?

thanks. I got the letter today. Interviw next weed end afernoon 2:30pm.
I believe they ask the simlar questions as St. Margreat DSS. My daughter, just take it easy and perform what she act normally shoudl be ok.

Do you know if I sign an acceptance letter for St. Margreat now and still able to change to 培僑書院 if got a seat?

Yes , 1 out 5 to 6 applications.

I think You can not accept both schools ,because when you accept one offer , the school need you to sign a document to confirm the seat , then this document will be forwarded to [Education and Manpower Bureau] to hold the seat and cancell all your remaining applications.

想請問各培僑家長，子女之前是讀什麽幼稚園呢？培僑會唔看學生的居住地方和讀什麽幼稚園。因為好希望明年為小兒報讀這校，但又擔心佢地會睇小朋友的居住和學校背景。請各家長俾Ｄ意見 給參考。因是住公屋和讀幼兒園，好侍我準備一下明年報讀此校。因小兒英文不錯想俾一個好D的學習環境佢。希望各位能夠幫幫忙！

其實我囡囡今年K2, 我想早d認識多少少呢間學校,
其實我都好認同培僑的教育理念, 但我老公成日
覺得這間學校始終都新, 好想從多方面認識,
除了在這裡認識之外, 我想問你地會唔會在其他地方
有討論區, 或者如果你地在培僑online campus 有發言,
可唔可以借個login name來看看, 可以藉此認識更多.

我唔係培僑家長,  不過我知道舊年招生時, 收了二十多位大埔安基司幼稚園學生, 入讀今年小一.  佔的比例很高.

係呀....今年培僑收左好多安基司既學生呀....我囡囡都係安基司讀, 所以知道囉.

我諗因為安基司本身有普通話堂, 而小朋友d普通話程度都幾好, 發音好準. 我諗呢個都係其中一個原因啦.....

我的小朋友讀的幼稚園, 講是兩文三語, 實際上, 他們的普通話很不重視,小朋友不懂普通話的,  只是重視英文, 是否培僑一定要收懂普通話的小朋友呢?

我想問讀培橋的小朋友, 係咪第時唔會 考 會考同A-level,
係咪個個都諗住去外國讀書o架呢, 而家都叫有能力
俾機會佢讀直資, 但講到十幾年後會唔會去外國,
又真係未諗定.

我相信讀培橋的小朋友會很開心, 但到中四五要去面對
會考的壓力, 我相信又要有保留. (始終唔操慣ma)

我會唔會諗得遠o左o的, 不過可唔可俾d意見我?

其實PUI KIU 到而家都未落實會唔會轉IB 課程, 而家個校長就話會考會考 ,但真係唔知PUI KIU D程度同出面學校相比如何, 因為佢地有自己一套教學方法, 亦無以前D學術成績作參考, 真係要博一博

這個問題, 在適應課程時的家長會校長都說過.  他說在pkc 讀書, 最重要是小朋友的能力, 只要小朋友的能力培養得好, 將來考什麼試都不大困難.  還有說, 如果一個人的語言能力培育得好的話, 理解能力會事半功倍的.  所以拍心口叫我們不用担心考任何形式的公開試.  好有信心喎!

作為家長的我, 或者小朋友還細, 不是太過担心!
