其實每間學校既行政都不同，雖然現在科技先進，大部份學校都可download 申請表，但亦有學校仍然要排隊，就算如小學DGJS都要排隊拎申請表，咪一樣成千人去爭崩頭。
面試都一樣，唔好講話幼稚園，小學都係見5分鐘左右，都一樣係等侯既時間長，看來大家要好好適應這種文化。
當然最重要係"人地收左你"至諗啦。

I just want to share my feeling here and I think this would be my last posting in this topic cos' I may upset some of you:

1. It's not equally around 5 mins each person.  The main point is - the unfair interview mechanism.  Because one teacher responsible for interviewing 2 families in around 10 minutes, in my case, the teacher spent for 9minutes and 40 seconds for the other family and the just the remaining 20 seconds for my family.  How can the kid be given no chance?

If each person has around 5-10 minutes each, that will be fine.  I'm Ok if 5 minutes is given to me while 10 minutes is given to the other family, at least, I think that we have been to an interview.  But 20 seconds is defintely not!!

2. One of you said that you cannot judge how good the teachers are from the 5 mintes interview, but at the other hand, how can the teacher judge the kid from the 20 seconds of look?

3. I think the school of course have the right to choose the students in any formats or any arrangement, but parents also have the right to choose which school is good/bad and have the right to judge which is good/right.

4. I have attended the interview of another school which also have quite a lot of interviewees and found that the teachers are soooo patient, good and tactful to the kids.  (It's not just me, but the majority of the families also thinks that after the interview).  Even if this kinder do not accept my kid, it's fine to me as we have given interview chance with a very warm atmosphere.  There are always someone better than or more suitable.... and it's always nice to chat with the nice teacher.

It seems that not everyone was fairly assessed as revealed from the postings to this topic. SKH is of course not the only one with high reputation, there are still many.

I appreciate that we could always share what we have experienced in different perspectives. Your comment/reply did not upset me as we did share our feeling and hope that would help find the suitable way for our kids and no more.

I did not have much idea, especially in recent years. To my understanding, some of them went to St's Paul Co-edu, St's Paul Boy, DBS, DGS, etc. It depends on parent's choice and the competition result.

What we can do are to explore the interests of our kids when they still have spare time. Quite a lot of things are totally out of our control, just take an enjoyable life with our kids especailly when they still stay close with us.

Sorry that I might not be able to provide sufficient useful information.

如果我收到SKH 0既offer, 我都會選呢間. 因為so far真係未聽過有小朋友0係度讀0既爸媽投訴過呢間學校ng好...

係呢, offer係咪yesterday開始寄出呀?係咪即係最快今日可以收到呀? 有無人已經收到呢? 我想問學校只係寄俾會收0既applicants, or 全部applicants都會收到信 (然後信入面會話俾我0地聽得或ng得)?

share番一樣0野先, 我成日一有問題就打電話去SKH問, d人態度又好鬼好ga bor...我記得之前我打電話去問學校幾時開始報名同要帶d咩, 個staff 好好態度0甘答我, 仲提我早d去, don't wait until late afternoon, otherwise 可能派晒d表格... 不過講真呀, 我相信每間學校都有好0既老師同ng好0既老師, ng會清一色係好or not good...

我都記得~~早兩個星期打電話去問報名問題. 職員的確好細心回答 & 好幫得手
硬係interview當日, 感到學校氣氛真係麻麻....
我感覺學校好似太嚴肅
跟寶血/靈糧個種好warm感覺不同

我之前都會時時打電話去問野，因為我都好怕 miss 左囉 form，佢地真係好 nice 架，可能接見個日真係太多人既關係啦，所以比我既感覺真係好麻麻，完全係兩樣野，另外佢個網址又唔 update，仲係寫 2006 - 2007 招生

係呀, 我之前一路都抱平常心, 但係一到announce 0既日子, 始終都 "lor lor luen..." hahah....我剛剛打埋去SPC問添嘛 (老師講, 今次個staff都幾cool...), 同樣地, 學校會寄信俾所有applicants...ard Nov17 wor...

係呢, esmehouse ya, 如果SKH同SPC都收, 你會揀邊間呢? 同好多媽媽一樣, 我覺得SPC真係very nice呀, 但係我又確實有朋友d仔女讀緊SKH, 而他們都話學校very good wor.. 我老公話都係想揀SKH (嘻, 不過都係0個句,　收至算啦...) 話鍾意個大球場wor...市區難得一見, 小朋友可以有好大0既活動空間0甘話....

如果咁好彩兩間都收就更係讀 SKH 啦，雖然 in 時真係好唔公平，但我相信佢係一間好學校囉﹝其實我覺得學校唔會收我個仔，話晒咁多人考﹞

原因, 係想知晌其他人眼中~~我囝囝質數去到邊. 每個人都以為自己bb最醒, 我就覺得囝囝同一般小朋友無咩分別 . 但係~朋友 & 街外人就覺得囝囝好Q好醒

由於我住kennedy town, 所以無報到靈糧同寶血, 我有個relative個女讀寶血, 一般般za... 有個客個女讀靈糧, he said very very good wor...

其實學校都ng需要太多玩具呀, 反而活動空間緊要d, 你ng
覺得如果成日困0係一個細/迫0既空間度, 個人會無gum輕鬆�開心咩? 同埋我0地都要考慮埋個比例, 靈糧設施好過SKH, 但係收超多人bor.. gum咪即係每個學生佔0既空間�or even toys 都ng係多lor...
