HKIS parents: question on maintaining Chinese

I am looking for HKIS parents' suggestions on how to maintain their children's Chinese (mandarin) over the summer holidays.  The Chinese tutor we are using is taking a two months break to visit her family in Beijing.

My Chinese is not very good, and I don't expect my son to be at local school standard.  I just don't want him to forget everything in the next two months, and have to work really hard when school starts.

I'm not a HKIS parent, but if you are living in the vicinity of HKIS, then I do have a few suggestions.  You can consider Beijing Mandarin, which is located in Chung Hom Kok.  They specialise in teaching Mandarin to international school children of various levels and I believe they have a summer programme in place.  Other than that, Woodland in Repulse Bay and Tutor Time (Tai Tam) are also doing bi-lingual summer programmes, but these are more for pre-school children.
